Spingaren was launched in Amsterdam in the beginning of 2017 by a team of five passionate people who wanted to share their love for tasty charcuterie with Amsterdam. After a successful start, they have been working on an extensive range of Spingaren products, which resulted in many positive responses. The next step is a tasting room and restaurant.

Spingaren will open its doors in September 2017 and is a tasting room for their charcuterie products and pickles from their own kitchen. With special beers and delicious wines, guests have the opportunity to compose their own Spingaren charcuterie board. In addition to tasting charcuterie, it is also possible to buy and take out the Spingaren assortment.

Spingaren restaurant

In addition, Spingaren restaurant offers a menu of tasty, pure dishes. Think of different steaks from a local farmer, fish from the fish bone, mussels with a special preparation and many surprising vegetarian dishes.
